I’m a therapist, a clinical supervisor, and someone who knows what it’s like to question who you are and where you’re going.
Most people I work with are navigating something that doesn’t quite fit into a box—maybe it’s old pain that keeps showing up in new ways, a sense of disconnection, or just the weight of trying to be everything to everyone. A lot of them are men, LGBTQ+ folks, or people trying to untangle their relationship with religion or identity. They’re smart, thoughtful, capable—and stuck.
If that sounds familiar, I want you to know this: you don’t have to do it all alone, and you’re not broken. Therapy can be a space where things finally make sense—where the pressure comes off, the pieces start to come together, and you actually feel like yourself again.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’m not going to sit back and nod—I’m going to be there with you, helping you make sense of what’s happening, uncover what’s underneath, and take steps that actually move your life forward. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, but we’ll also find strength, clarity, and moments of real relief along the way.
I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. Growing up in a religious environment, coming out as a gay man wasn’t easy. There were years of inner conflict, anxiety, and not knowing how to be fully myself. Therapy was the first place where I felt like I didn’t have to hide anymore. That experience shaped everything about how I show up for my clients today—with honesty, acceptance, and a deep respect for what it takes to heal.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, reach out. We’ll talk about where you’re at and what you’re hoping for. No pressure—just a chance to connect and see if this feels like a good fit.
Hi, I’m nick
My Approach:
I offer grounded, collaborative therapy that helps you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity. My work blends practical tools with deep exploration—we’ll uncover the patterns and beliefs keeping you stuck, identify your unmet needs, and build strategies for real, lasting change.
I draw from CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian psychology. My approach integrates structure and soul—so therapy isn’t just about insight, it’s about transformation.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be honest, get curious, and start the real work of becoming who you are.
